When will my online order be delivered?
If you placed an online order during business hours and at least two hours before closing, your order will be filled sometime before the Gift Shop closes on that day. If you placed an order online after business hours, your order will be filled the next day.

What should I do if the items I ordered were not delivered?
If an online order was not delivered that day, the order will be filled the next day. If you have concerns about an order, please contact us.

What if a patient is discharged before an online order is filled?
If the recipient of an online order is discharged before delivery is made, the full amount will be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card.

If the recipient does not like the ordered item, can he or she return it?
With the exception of perishable products (e.g., flora, balloons, etc.), unopened items may be returned within 72 hours and exchanged for a similar item of the same value. If a similar item is unavailable, the purchase price will be credited back to the purchaser’s credit card.

If I have changed my mind about an online order, can I amend or cancel it online?
No. To amend or change orders, you must contact us.
