When will my order be delivered?
Delivery hours for items purchased from the Helping Hand Gift Shop, either online or in person, will be delivered  Monday through Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST.

What if my order has not been delivered?
If your order wasn’t delivered on the day you placed it, it may have been placed after our delivery hours.  In this case, it will be delivered the next day.

What if the patient is discharged before the order is delivered?
If the patient is discharged before the order can be delivered, we will call you.  The full purchase price will be credited back to the credit card used to place the order.

What is your return policy?
With the exception of perishable products (flowers, balloons), unopened items may be exchanged within 72 hours for an item of equal value.  If a similar item is unavailable, the full purchase price will be credited back to the credit card used to place the order.

What if I want to change or delete an order?
You must contact the gift shop at (310) 423-5241 to make any adjustments to your order.

How do I purchase a gift certificate?
You can purchase a gift certificate through our online catalog. Simply click "Gift Certificates" in the "Categories" section on the left side of the page.

Once purchased, the gift certificate will be hand-delivered to the recipient with your personal message included on a note card.

How do I purchase an item using a gift certificate?
If you have received a certificate to the Helping Hand Gift Shop from someone, you may use it to purchase items in the Helping Hand Gift Shop located on the Plaza Level.

If you are unable to visit the Helping Hand Gift Shop, you can contact the gift shop at (310) 423-5241 to place your order and those items will be delivered to your room.
